Multi-generational living at The Serra Residences
No 1-bedroom homes, private-lift access on the largest stacks, and space for a household with different needs.
There is no 1-bedroom home anywhere in The Serra Residences. Every one of the 133 homes is 2 Bedroom + Study or larger, which is worth understanding if you are looking for a multi-generational or growing family.
A unit mix built around families
Across both collections, The Serra Residences on Levels 4–16 and The Summit on Levels 18–28, homes range from 2 Bedroom + Study at 710 sqft to Penthouses of about 2,650 sqft. See all unit types.
Private-lift stacks for extended families
The 4 Bedroom Premium, 5 Bedroom Premium and both Penthouse types have private-lift access, entered via Levels 1, 2, 3 or 17 depending on stack. A household sharing a home across generations doesn’t share a lift lobby with other residents on the floor.
Space inside and out
About half the site is softscaped, with the wellness garden, retreat lounge, zen deck and pool surrounds across Levels 2, 3 and 17. That gives grandparents a quieter garden and children the pools and tennis court. See the facilities.
Schools and amenities nearby
St. Joseph’s Institution Junior is about 10 minutes on foot via a pedestrian overhead bridge, or about 2 minutes by car. HealthCity Novena is a 2-minute walk, which helps with medical appointments. See the location page.
