Facing, view and sun by stack
Each stack keeps the same facing, so the choice is mainly about height. View scores run from the lowest to the highest floor in that stack, and sun hours are for its highest floor.

About the 3D explorer
What can I check in the 3D explorer?
The facing, simulated window view, view score and morning and afternoon sun for each of the 133 homes, with a sun slider for any date and time. Exact prices and full floor plans are sent on WhatsApp.
How is the view score worked out?
It is the share of the ±60° outlook from the home’s balcony with no taller building within 250 m. A score of 100 means nothing taller stands in that outlook.
How are the sun hours worked out?
They are the average hours of direct sun on the main facade on four dates through the year, split into before and after 1pm, with neighbouring buildings casting shade.
How accurate is the 3D model?
Stack shapes are traced from the developer’s draft site plan and aligned to mapped roads. Storey heights are assumed, and many neighbouring heights are estimates, so treat scores as a guide and verify views before deciding. It is a simulation, not a photograph.
Which homes have the best view?
Scores rise with height, because the outlook clears neighbouring buildings. Tell us what you value, such as sun, height or budget, and we will shortlist homes that are still available.
